Pharmacist Medical Assistant

EZ MD Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacist Medical Assistant to join our onsite healthcare team. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a medical background, including recent graduates, to gain valuable hands-on experience in the medical field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately document patient encounters in Electronic Health Records (EHR) during real-time interactions with healthcare providers.
• Transcribe and edit medical documentation from audio recordings, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to medical standards.
• Review patient records for completeness, ensuring compliance with medical standards and HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve discrepancies or clarify unclear information.
• Ensure timely and precise completion of medical documentation to support efficient healthcare delivery.
• Stay updated on medical terminology, procedures, and transcription best practices to maintain professional competency.
• Participate in quality assurance processes to uphold high standards of medical documentation.
• Communicate with patients and providers to address inquiries, schedule appointments, and manage virtual follow-ups.
• Support administrative tasks, including billing inquiries, insurance verification, and record-keeping.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling electronic health records (EHR).
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient care and improve virtual support workflows.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in EHR systems, transcription software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology.
• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with high accuracy.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to produce error-free documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability to evolving healthcare technologies and processes.

• Location Requirement: The role is based in Rawalpindi. Candidates must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
• Work Hours: This is an onsite position with working hours from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (Pakistan Time).
