Pharmacy Manager – Oncology Day Care (Multi-Branch)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage oncology pharmacy operations across multiple day care centers
• Ensure safe handling and dispensing of chemotherapy drugs
• Oversee inventory, procurement, and stock control
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and hospital teams
• Ensure compliance with Pharmacy Act, D&C Act, NABH standards
• Supervise and train pharmacy staff
• Maintain SOPs, audits, and documentation

Eligibility

• B.Pharm / M.Pharm (PCI registered)
• 5+ years hospital/oncology pharmacy experience
• Oncology day care experience preferred
• Multi-location management experience is a plus

Skills

• Strong leadership & communication
• Knowledge of oncology drugs & safety protocols
• Inventory & pharmacy software expertise
• Willingness to travel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
