Overview:

Naheed Super Market is seeking experienced and customer-oriented Pharmacy Assistants to join its retail pharmacy team at the Bahadurabad outlet. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working at a medical store or pharmacy and possess a strong understanding of medicine dispensing and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately retrieve prescribed medicines from inventory and count the specified quantity.

Place medicines in appropriate containers, label them correctly, and prepare them for pharmacist verification.

Assist the pharmacist in dispensing medications to customers while ensuring compliance with regulations and prescriptions.

Provide excellent customer service, respond to queries, and guide customers regarding basic medication usage and availability.

Regularly check and manage medicine inventory to monitor expiry dates and ensure proper stock rotation.

Support in organizing and maintaining the cleanliness and order of the pharmacy shelves.

Facilitate home delivery of medicines as per customer requests and pharmacy guidelines.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience working in a pharmacy or medical store environment.

Basic knowledge of medicines and pharmaceutical products.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow prescriptions accurately.

Good communication and interpersonal skills for customer dealing.

Reliability and a responsible approach to work.
