Sales Representative - Medical

Job Summary:

Elite HRSP is seeking a Sales Representative – Medical (Biomedical) for it's client to promote and sell medical devices and healthcare equipment to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have a background in Biomedical Engineering and 2–3 years of experience in medical or healthcare sales. This position involves building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring effective product demonstrations and after-sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell medical devices and equipment to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
• Build and maintain relationships with doctors, biomedical engineers, and purchasing departments.
• Conduct regular field visits to generate leads, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide detailed product demonstrations and technical explanations to end-users.
• Monitor competitor activities and share market intelligence with management.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts.
• Support marketing initiatives such as seminars, product launches, and exhibitions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering (mandatory).
• 2–3 years of experience in sales of medical devices, instruments, or healthcare solutions.
• Strong understanding of medical equipment and its applications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
• Valid driving license preferred.

Working Conditions:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
