The Sales Representative – Medical is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s medical products to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals. This role focuses on developing strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing product knowledge and support to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell company’s medical products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare institutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key healthcare professionals to increase product awareness and loyalty.
  • Conduct regular visits to hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies to generate leads and achieve sales objectives.
  • Present and demonstrate medical products effectively, highlighting their features and clinical benefits.
  • Ensure proper implementation of marketing and promotional strategies in assigned territories.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and provide feedback to management.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and submit timely reports on customer visits, sales progress, and market insights.
  • Participate in product training, conferences, and seminars to stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards while conducting all sales activities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or B.com, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in medical sales (fresh graduates with strong potential may also apply).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Excellent presentation and product demonstration skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
