Pharmacy Support Executive (HealthTech)

Marham is a leading health technology platform focused on improving healthcare access and patient experience across Pakistan. We are looking for Pharmacy Support Executives who can combine their pharmacy knowledge with strong communication skills to assist patients and ensure a smooth healthcare journey on our platform.

This role is ideal for Pharm-D graduates who want to build a career in the health tech industry and contribute to patient care in a non-clinical capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients through chat and digital communication channels in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide guidance related to healthcare services available on the platform, including consultations, doctors, labs, and pharmacy-related services.
• Understand patient concerns and ensure a supportive and positive interaction.
• Maintain accurate knowledge of Marham’s services and processes to guide patients effectively.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve patient queries and concerns efficiently.
• Handle multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining service quality and professionalism.
• Contribute to improving patient experience by identifying common concerns and suggesting improvements.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (Pharm-D).
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong verbal communication.
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable using computer systems, chat tools, and online platforms.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• A professional, empathetic, and patient-focused mindset.
