Pharmacy Technician – Retail Location
Full-Time | 36–40 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

In all roles, you’ll:

• Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, Microsoft Teams, and in-person communication.
• Professionally interact with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients.
• Perform accurate data entry and manage digital prescription workflows.
• Support the prescription filling process, including:
• Data entry, print queue, Framework/ECM docs, and order processing (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Team communication via Microsoft Teams
• Help manage inventory control, including:
• Outdates, overstock, and daily supply orders
• Accept and complete Pharmacist-delegated responsibilities
• Maintain a clean, organized pharmacy environment:
• Clean counters, floors, storage areas
• Restock office, cleaning, and pharmacy supplies

Bonus: Some roles may involve working with Care-Sync processes (training provided).

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–2 years of pharmacy experience, especially in data entry or call centers
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of prescription terminology and insurance billing
• On the job training available

Schedule

• Full-time | 36–40 hours/week
• Flexible scheduling available depending on department
