Additional Details:

Required Skills / Experience: One (1) year of Medication History Technician experience

An Advanced Pharmacy Technician Certificate may substitute for the required experience, or Three (3) years of Pharmacy Technician experience that included medication history technician tasks may substitute for the required experience.

Required Credentials: Medication History Certification

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
