Pharmacy Technician

REMOTE Pharmacy Tech Outreach Specialist (Healthcare / PBM)

We’re seeking an experienced Outbound Outreach Specialist to support a Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) client. This is a high‑volume, outbound calling role focused on contacting provider offices to collect clinical and administrative information required for medication review and authorization.


What You’ll Do

  • Make 10+ outbound calls per hour to physician and provider offices
  • Request and collect clinical details, diagnoses, medication information, and supporting documentation
  • Clearly explain the purpose of outreach and required PBM information
  • Accurately document all call outcomes in internal systems
  • Perform heavy data entry while meeting quality and productivity metrics
  • Follow established scripts, workflows, and compliance guidelines

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–5+ years of experience in healthcare, PBM, insurance, or provider‑facing roles
  • Strong background in high‑volume outbound phone work
  • Experience communicating with provider offices or medical staff
  • Comfortable in a fast‑paced, metrics‑driven environment
  • Strong verbal communication, professionalism, and attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems

Nice to Have

  • Prior work‑from‑home experience


Compensation : $20-23/hour (depending on years of experience)
