Duties
Assist pharmacists with medication preparation, including compounding and labeling prescriptions accurately and efficiently. Manage medication inventory by stocking, organizing, and conducting regular stock checks to ensure availability and compliance with safety standards. Support patient intake processes by verifying prescriptions, updating medical records, and clarifying medication instructions. Administer medications in accordance with aseptic techniques and hospital protocols, including IV infusions in critical care or acute care settings. Provide exceptional patient service by answering questions, explaining medication usage, and ensuring understanding of treatment plans. Maintain precise documentation of medication dispensing, inventory logs, and patient interactions to uphold regulatory standards. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to facilitate medication administration and optimize patient care plans.

Working Hours

• Four days a week, Hours 10am - 2pm

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Pharmacy Technician certification
• Knowledge of pharmacy software and insurance billing
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced retail or healthcare environments
