Summary:

Impact Tactic Solutions is seeking experienced, reliable phlebotomists to support onsite biometric screening events across Illinois. This role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy flexible scheduling, professional work environments, and consistent event based opportunities.

Phlebotomists play a critical role in delivering high quality wellness services including blood collection, participant interaction, and accurate documentation. Events are typically held at corporate locations during standard business hours.

Responsibilities:

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws following established protocols
• Confirm participant identity and ensure proper specimen labeling
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant screening area
• Provide a positive and professional experience for participants
• Accurately complete all required documentation and reporting
• Adhere to HIPAA, OSHA, and company standards at all times

Qualifications:

• Current phlebotomy certification required
• Active Illinois license
• Minimum of one year hands on phlebotomy experience preferred
• Strong venipuncture skills with adult populations
• Excellent professionalism, communication, and bedside manner
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• CPR certification preferred

We typically discuss and lock in an hourly rate with our potential staff when there is an upcoming event in their area prior to assigning them into the event.

Job Types: Contract, PRN, Per diem

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
