Who We’re Hiring:
We’re looking for one confident, personable, experienced Phlelobotist with strong administrative skills and a personality that patients connect with immediately.

This is not a slow-paced, overly clinical role.

This is a leadership-track position for someone warm, confident, friendly, organized, and ready to help us grow.

What You’ll Do:

• Blood draws and follow up intakes
• Record vitals and update EMRs with accuracy
• Answer phone calls and new patient leads
• Follow up with leads, tracking new patient conversions and schedule appointments
• Check out patients for memberships and products
• Help maintain patient flow, inventory, and a positive clinic vibe
• Lead with heart and initiative

Requirements:

• BLS Certification (Required)
• Phlebotomy experience (Required)
• Experience in men’s health, med spa, holistic/integrative health, or urology is a plus
• Must be comfortable working with male patients and hormone-based care

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week

• EMR systems: 2 years (Preferred)
• Phlebotomy: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:
