The Training Expo, a GNPEC- authorized vocational school in Riverdale, Georgia is hiring a Phlebotomy Instructor to teach at one of our partnership facilities. The instructor will deliver lecture, lab, and clinical observation components of our NHA-aligned Phlebotomy Technician program at the facility.
Compensation:
- $28–$38/hour for classroom and lab instruction, depending on experience and documented student pass rates
- $22–$28/hour for clinical observation supervision
- Approximately up to 330 hours per 10-week cohort
- Bi-weekly payment based on submitted timesheet
- Contract renews per cohort based on performance and student pass rates
Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM and 2:00 PM–5:00 PM, Friday 10:00 -2:00
- Clinical observation hours scheduled separately
Required Qualifications:
- Active CPT certification (NHA, ASCP, or AMT ONLY) with 3+ years of clinical practice
- Minimum 1 year of formal classroom teaching experience in phlebotomy, allied health, or adult vocational education at an accredited or state-authorized institution (informal on-the-job training does NOT qualify)
- Documented student pass rate of 75% or higher on a national certification exam
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Reliable transportation to the training site
- Clean background check and current TB test
