• Graduate.
• Fresher to 1 Year of call center experience.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

No sales Target

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly performance indicators as per defined processes.
• All customer queries and complaints are addressed within the minimum possible time.
• Track complete call information and follow up for any post call processing for customer inquiry.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: Rs37,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
