Job Title: Phone Operator

Salary: PKR 35,000 – 40,000

Requirements:

  • Minimum Education: Intermediate / FA
  • Experience: Fresh Graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
  • Strong verbal communication and speaking skills.
  • Fluency in Urdu and English is required.
  • Ability to handle calls professionally and maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
  • Take accurate messages and forward them to relevant staff.
  • Provide callers with information regarding the organization, services, and office hours.
  • Respond to routine inquiries and direct complex queries to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain records of incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Ensure urgent messages are communicated on time.
  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently.
  • Assist with scheduling and appointment coordination when required.
  • Report telephone or communication system issues to the concerned department.
  • Maintain confidentiality of organizational and client information.

Additional Requirements:

  • Candidates must have excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Immediate joiners (ASAP) will be preferred.

Language Requirement:

  • Fluent in English and Urdu.
