Requirements:
- Minimum Education: Intermediate / FA
- Experience: Fresh Graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
- Strong verbal communication and speaking skills.
- Fluency in Urdu and English is required.
- Ability to handle calls professionally and maintain confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Take accurate messages and forward them to relevant staff.
- Provide callers with information regarding the organization, services, and office hours.
- Respond to routine inquiries and direct complex queries to the appropriate department.
- Maintain records of incoming and outgoing calls.
- Ensure urgent messages are communicated on time.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently.
- Assist with scheduling and appointment coordination when required.
- Report telephone or communication system issues to the concerned department.
- Maintain confidentiality of organizational and client information.
Additional Requirements:
- Candidates must have excellent verbal communication skills.
- Immediate joiners (ASAP) will be preferred.
Language Requirement:
- Fluent in English and Urdu.
