Job Summary
Join our dynamic sales team as a Phone Sales Representative, where your energetic approach and persuasive communication skills will drive business growth and customer satisfaction. In this role, you will engage with potential clients through outbound and warm calling, leveraging your expertise in B2B sales, telemarketing, and technical sales to identify opportunities and close deals. Your ability to navigate CRM software like Salesforce and maintain excellent customer service will be key to building long-lasting relationships and expanding our market presence. Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, utilizing warm calling techniques to generate interest in our products and services
  • Develop new business opportunities through targeted outreach, leveraging marketing campaigns and market research
  • Engage in consultative selling by understanding client needs and presenting tailored technology solutions
  • Negotiate terms effectively to close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and sales activities within CRM software such as Salesforce
  • Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to optimize outreach strategies
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and following up on leads

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales with a focus on technology or technical products
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce or similar platforms
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of sales processes including outbound calling, warm calling, and business development strategies
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented mindset
  • Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
