Phone Sales Representative

Duties

  • Present product and service offerings clearly, highlighting key features and benefits tailored to each customer
  • Negotiate terms effectively to close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships
  • Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update customer information, and manage sales pipelines
  • Engage in B2C (business-to-consumer) sales efforts, targeting residential clients for technology solutions or other offerings
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to follow up on leads generated through campaigns and outreach activities
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism in all communications, demonstrating excellent listening skills and adapting messaging as needed

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in telemarketing, outside sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections confidently and effectively close deals
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales processes
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly
  • Knowledge of B2B or B2C sales strategies, in person sales techniques, and marketing integration is highly desirable
  • Ability to work independently within a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude and motivation
  • Prior experience in technical or business development sales is a plus
