Rosemary Chocolat is a Los Angeles–based premium chocolate brand inspired by French pastry culture and modern luxury. Our chocolates are dairy-free, kosher, beautifully designed, and created for gifting, events, hospitality, and select retail partners.

The Opportunity

As a Call Center Sales Representative, you will assist customers with inquiries, recommend products, process orders, and support both retail and corporate clients.

You will help drive revenue through phone-based sales, customer support, and order management, while delivering a high-end customer experience consistent with our brand.

What You’ll Do

  • Answer inbound customer calls regarding product inquiries, gifting options, and order placement
  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products, seasonal collections, and corporate gifting opportunities
  • Assist customers in selecting chocolates for gifts, events, holidays, and corporate orders
  • Process and manage orders accurately through internal systems
  • Provide exceptional customer service that reflects the premium quality of the brand
  • Follow up with customers regarding orders, inquiries, and special requests
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM software such as Monday.com
  • Identify upsell opportunities and recommend additional products where appropriate
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support large or custom orders

Hours will start at approximately 20 hours per week, with potential for additional hours as the business grows.

Required Experience & Fit

  • Previous experience in call center sales, customer service, inside sales, or phone-based support
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable speaking with customers and guiding them toward purchase decisions
  • Ability to manage multiple calls and customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment
  • Organized and detail-oriented when processing orders and managing customer information
  • Professional phone presence and ability to represent a luxury brand
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Experience in food, hospitality, luxury products, retail, or gifting is a plus.
