Position Overview
The Call Representative will play a vital role in helping OLI Outdoor Services grow by making outbound calls to customers in our database and following up on proposals awaiting customer decisions. This position requires strong communication skills, persistence, and a positive attitude to build rapport and close opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make daily outbound calls to potential and existing customers from our CRM/database.
- Follow up with homeowners and businesses regarding outstanding proposals.
- Confirm customer details, update records, and document conversations in the CRM.
- Answer basic questions about services, pricing, and scheduling (training provided).
- Maintain a consistent, friendly, and professional tone when representing OLI.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth customer handoffs.
- Track call activity, follow-up reminders, and proposal status updates.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, or sales is preferred.
- Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stay organized and follow a structured call process.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, email, and texting platforms (training provided).
- Resilient and self-motivated with a team-player mindset.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
