Phone Triage

Currently looking for a full-time Telephone Triage/Medical Assistant (LPN would be excellent) with OB-GYN experience a must. Need to be able to handle a fast pace position with three OB-GYN Physicians and two locations. Must be able to triage nurse calls, assess medical needs and answer questions from patients. Position also includes taking vitals, documenting in the EMR system as well as notify Physician of patient's condition and drug reactions.

This position includes and not limited too reviewing all labs normal and abnormal. You would be responsible for assisting the Physician with patient needs and coordinating specialist appointments, prescriptions and patient care when needed.

The candidate must have 2-4 years OB/GYN or Family HealthCare with strong leadership skills, customer service, patience and be able to maintain rapport with colleagues and patients. Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.

Be a positive role model for the medical assistants and help them with direction when possible. Please be kind and courteous to the Physician's, colleagues, patients and management.

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
