wuddup I’m seeking a dynamic and creative Photographer/Videographer to run a personal shoot with the potential to join our vibrant media team. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing compelling visual content that elevates our the subject and the company presence across multiple platforms. Your expertise in photography and videography will help tell engaging stories, showcase the talent, and create captivating visual narratives that resonate with a creative audience. Responsibilities

• Execute a planned shoot with photo and video production, ensuring high-quality visual content aligned with company’s standards and our client objectives
• understand how to operate professional camera equipment for filming and photography sessions, including lighting, sound, and stabilization tools
• You will submit the raw footage but youre allowed to Edit and manipulate photos using your creator studio tools, and other industry-standard software to enhance image quality and achieve desired artistic effects. Initially we all know how to use adobe, photoshop, and Final Cut as the company has its own creator studio full of different softwares and saws for all types of media.
• Edit videos utilizing Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and other (your preferance) editing tools to produce polished final cuts suitable for social media, marketing campaigns, or internal use
• Manage color correction and color management processes to ensure consistency across all visual assets
• you can collaborate with our art directors, marketing teams, and clients managers to develop creative concepts and visual storytelling strategies
• Maintain organized files of raw footage and images for efficient post-production workflows

Experience

• We do have a bachelor degree standard, yet we do understand some of us are self taught and/or switching careers. We understand what it’s like to be a hungry creative. We are lenient on education yet you need proven experience in professional photography and videography with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse projects across different media formats.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere), Final Cut Pro, Capture One, and related editing software
• Knowledge of color theory, color management techniques, and photo manipulation skills to enhance visual storytelling
• Familiarity with filming techniques including lighting setups, framing, camera operation, and audio recording.
• Experience in post-production processes such as editing, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of social media management and how visual content impacts audience engagement
• Excellent communication skills to articulate creative ideas clearly and work collaboratively within a team environment
