Responsibilities

• Assist lead photographers and videographers during photoshoots and filming sessions by setting up equipment, managing lighting, and ensuring smooth operations.
• Support post-production processes by editing photos using Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, and other Adobe Creative Suite tools; perform photo manipulation and color correction to achieve desired aesthetics.
• Help coordinate shoot logistics including location setup, prop management, and talent assistance to ensure seamless sessions.
• Manage digital assets by organizing and archiving images and video files efficiently for easy retrieval and future use.
• Contribute to art direction by providing input on styling, composition, and visual storytelling elements during shoots.
• Assist with social media management by preparing content for publishing, ensuring images meet brand standards, and supporting video production efforts using Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere.
• Support the team in maintaining color management standards across all digital content to ensure consistency in branding and presentation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with photography techniques including photo editing, photo manipulation, and art direction.
• Proficiency with Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and other Adobe Creative Suite applications.
• Knowledge of color theory and color management principles to ensure accurate color reproduction across different media.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
