Photography Production Assistant

Be the beating heart of our photography workflow! We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to ensure every image moves seamlessly from camera to client across our multi-studio network. Your role will directly impact how families, schools, and communities receive cherished memories—from championship sports moments to graduation milestones.

What You'll Do:

• Image Production (70%): Process files, implement quality checks, match subjects using our systems
• Workflow Coordination (20%): Track projects across markets, resolve bottlenecks, support coordination between our studios in the region
• Client Support (10%): Handle customer inquiries, prepare packages, assist with events

What We Need:

• Detail-oriented with quality obsession
• Tech-comfortable and eager to learn our systems
• Excellent organization and priority-setting skills
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Suite (especially Excel and Sheets)
• Friendly communication style
• No photography experience required!
