Role Description
TWNTY Creative is looking for a full time photo and video editor for a small boutique social media, photography and marketing agency based in Miami, FL. This will be a remote position except for on-site client meetings and photoshoots. The Photo & Video Editor will be responsible for culling, editing, and retouching photos as well as editing and producing video content that showcases our clients' food, beverages, spaces, and hospitality experiences across social media and digital platforms. This will be a great role for someone who wants to have their hands in a little bit of everything and enjoys learning new skills within a small team. You will be working one on one with the founder to manage and develop this brand/company. This will start as a part time position and develop into a full-time role long term.
Qualifications
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both photo and video editing expertise, specifically in food, beverage, and hospitality content
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and collaborate with team members

- Proven work experience as a photo editor, video editor, or content editor in the food, restaurant, or hospitality industry
- Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro; familiarity with After Effects, Capture One, or DaVinci Resolve a plus
- Expert understanding of color correction, exposure adjustment, and white balance for both photo and video, particularly for food and interior imagery
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail oriented, organized and able to move at a quick learning pace
- Strong understanding of social media formats, aspect ratios, and platform-specific requirements for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Stories
- Proficiency in audio editing, sound mixing, and music selection for video content
- Ability to create motion graphics, text animations, and lower thirds
- Understanding of current visual trends and editing styles popular on social platforms
- Experience shooting photo or video is a plus but not required
- BS degree in Photography, Film, Visual Arts, or relevant field recommended but not required
Responsibilities
- Stay abreast of photo and video trends, editing styles, and viral content formats within the food and hospitality industry
- Cull and select the strongest images from photoshoots, delivering a curated final selection to clients
- Edit and retouch photos to enhance food presentation, ambiance, and overall visual appeal while maintaining a natural, appetizing look
- Edit short-form video content for social media platforms including Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Stories
- Edit long-form video content for YouTube, websites, and advertising campaigns as needed
- Develop and apply consistent color grading and editing styles across photo and video that align with each client's brand identity
- Work closely with photographers, videographers, and the creative team to understand the vision for each project and deliver accordingly
- Create and maintain Lightroom presets, Photoshop actions, and video editing templates to ensure efficiency and brand consistency
- Perform advanced photo retouching including removing imperfections, adjusting plating, and enhancing textures on food imagery
- Source, select, and edit music and sound effects that enhance the mood and energy of video content
- Create motion graphics, animated text, and visual effects to elevate video content
- Prepare and export images and videos in appropriate formats and sizes for social media, web, print, and advertising use
- Manage and organize photo and video libraries with proper file structure and metadata
- Meet deadlines for quick-turnaround content needs while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with the social media team to ensure edited content aligns with content calendars, platform requirements, and campaign goals
- Individuals may perform other duties as assigned including work in other functional areas to cover absences or relief, to equalize peak work periods or otherwise to balance the workload, gain additional experience to further the individual's professional development
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
