PHP Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality web applications.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to deliver innovative features.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing code.
• Write clean, reusable, and secure code following best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain high coding standards.
• Integrate third-party services, including payment gateways like PayPal and Stripe.
• Work with databases such as MySQL and MongoDB.
• Stay current with the latest PHP and Laravel trends and tools.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of hands-on PHP development experience— Laravel expertise preferred.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Proficiency in MySQL and/or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end basics.
• Experience with Git and version control workflows.
• Bonus points for experience with MERN stack technology, Node.js AI tools, or APIs, Expression Engine.
• Previous experience working with multiple PHP frameworks.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
