Position: WordPress & Node.js Developer

Summary

WordPress & Node.js Developer at Systems will have a strong background in WordPress development and customization, along with experience in AWS, Node.js, and deployment processes. This role involves enhancing website functionality, ensuring security and optimization, and contributing to the development and deployment pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet project requirements.

• Optimize WordPress sites for performance, security, and scalability.

• Implement and maintain security best practices for WordPress websites.

• Collaborate on deployment processes and automation using CI/CD pipelines.

• Develop RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js to support backend functionality.

• Work with AWS services to deploy and manage web applications.

• Troubleshoot and resolve web development issues across multiple platforms.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in web development, specifically with WordPress.

• Strong proficiency in WordPress theme and plugin development.

• Expertise in WordPress customization, optimization, and security.

• Solid knowledge of PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

• Experience working with AWS cloud services.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.

• Hands-on experience in RESTful API development using Node.js and Express.js.
