Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated PHP Laravel Trainee with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in web application development. The ideal candidate should have a basic to intermediate understanding of PHP, Laravel framework, and modern web development practices. This role offers an excellent opportunity to enhance technical skills while working under the guidance of senior developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining web applications using PHP and Laravel.
• Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Support senior developers in debugging and resolving technical issues.
• Work with MySQL databases, including writing basic queries and migrations.
• Integrate front-end elements using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
• Participate in code reviews and implement feedback for improvement.
• Maintain proper documentation of code and development processes.
• Learn and implement security and performance optimization practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in PHP development.
• Basic knowledge of Laravel Framework (MVC, Routes, Controllers, Blade).
• Understanding of RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with MySQL or other relational databases.
• Basic front-end skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Knowledge of Git or other version control systems.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a team environment.

Preferred Skills (Plus Point):

• Experience with AJAX, jQuery, or Vue.js.
• Familiarity with Linux hosting and deployment basics.
• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
