We’re looking for a compassionate, driven Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient orthopedic team in Edmond, OK. What We Offer

  • Total Compensation: $75,000 – $118,000 annually (Base Salary + Incentive Bonuses)
  • Incentive Bonus Model: Earn up to $2,500 extra per month — that’s as much as $32,500 annually on top of your base salary

About the Clinic

360 Physical Therapy – Edmond provides high-quality, outpatient orthopedic care in a modern and supportive setting. Services include post-operative rehabilitation, sports medicine, manual therapy, dry needling, balance training, TMJ therapy, and more. Our team is passionate about improving patients’ quality of life through evidence-based care and one-on-one attention.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver evidence-based care including exercise prescription and manual therapy
  • Educate and motivate patients throughout their rehab journey
  • Collaborate with other clinicians and support staff to ensure excellent outcomes
  • Maintain accurate documentation with the support of our AI-powered technology

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
  • Current or pending Oklahoma Physical Therapy license
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Passion for patient-centered care; outpatient orthopedic experience preferred but not required
