Physical Therapist (Full-Time | Outpatient Orthopedics)

About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our growing orthopedic team! In this role, you’ll work one-on-one with patients to evaluate, design, and deliver personalized treatment plans—all in a supportive and collaborative clinic setting.

You’ll treat a variety of orthopedic and sports medicine conditions, working side-by-side with experienced therapists and physicians who value teamwork and excellence in patient outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform evaluations and create individualized treatment programs.
• Deliver high-quality, hands-on care to help patients reach their goals.
• Collaborate with physicians and other providers for coordinated care.
• Continue to grow your skills through education and mentorship opportunities.

Schedule:

• Full-time | 40 hours per week
• Four 10-hour shifts for a balanced workweek

What You’ll Need:

• Doctorate or degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or equivalent).
• Active Illinois Physical Therapy License (required).
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but we’re happy to mentor the right fit.
