What You’ll Do

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy services
  • Improve residents’ mobility, balance, strength, and independence
  • Supervise PTAs as appropriate
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team focused on exceptional outcomes
  • Build strong relationships with residents and families
  • Contribute to a positive, team-driven therapy culture
  • Maintain accurate and compliant documentation

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Wisconsin
  • Passion for working with the senior population
  • Strong clinical reasoning and treatment planning skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

  • Graduate of an accredited school with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
  • Certification or license as required by the State of Wisconsin or applicable state to practice as a Physical Therapist.
