Full-Time Schedule

Monday, Wednesday, Friday

• 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Tuesday & Thursday

• Half Days
• 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care within an outpatient orthopedic setting

• Lead daily clinic operations, performance, and workflow management

• Mentor, coach, and support clinical staff development

• Drive patient satisfaction, retention, and clinic growth initiatives

• Ensure compliance with documentation, regulatory, and clinical standards

• Monitor clinic performance metrics and implement improvement strategies

• Foster a positive, collaborative, and patient-centered clinic culture

Qualifications

Required

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Degree

• Active Connecticut Physical Therapist License

• Previous Outpatient Orthopedic Experience

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred

• Previous Leadership, Clinic Director, Supervisor, or Management Experience

• Experience mentoring clinicians and driving clinic performance
