About the Role:

As a Physical Therapist, you will play a critical role in helping patients recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and improve their overall physical function and mobility. You will assess patients' physical abilities, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions to promote healing and prevent further injury. Your work will involve collaborating closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Minimum Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Current and valid state license to practice physical therapy in the United States.
• Strong knowledge of orthopedic rehabilitation and manual therapy techniques.
• Experience in assessing and treating sports injuries and geriatric rehabilitation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) or Sports Physical Therapy (SCS).
• Experience working in multidisciplinary healthcare settings or sports medicine clinics.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and documentation software.
• Additional training or certification in geriatric rehabilitation or chronic pain management.
• Participation in ongoing professional development and continuing education courses.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to assess physical conditions and functional limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical best practices.
• Apply manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises to improve patient mobility and reduce pain.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with orthopedic specialists, sports medicine professionals, and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
