Patient Volume: 12-13 per day



Duties & Responsibilitie

  • sConduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients' functional abilities, limitations, and goals
  • .Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and goals, utilizing various therapeutic techniques and modalities
  • .Implement and administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve patients' mobility, strength, flexibility, and function based on each individual patient’s need
  • .Maintain accurate and organized documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes
  • .Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes
  • .Educate patients and their families about therapy procedures, home exercises, and injury prevention techniques
  • .Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • .Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries
  • .Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy techniques, technologies, and best practices, integrating them into clinical practice as appropriate
  • .Meet the needs of having patients execute Plan of Care and (but not limited) following up with patients if noncompliance occurs
  • .Be a team player to utilize nonclinical staff to support needs of the caseload
  • .Delegate and use a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) when applicable
  • .Participate in helping to drive a collaborative culture based on our service vision
  • .Adapt to change in patient schedules and daily patterns
  • .Adhere to ethical and professional standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • .Perform comprehensive patient assessments to determine therapy needs and establish treatment goals

.Skills & Qualification

  • sValid state licensure as a Physical Therapis
  • tDoctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited progra
  • mCPR certification and any other relevant certifications as required by state regulation
  • sStrong clinical skills with experience in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric physical therapy (preferred
  • )Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • .Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environmen
