  Active state license required

  Graduate of an accredited therapy program

  Minimum 2 years of recent experience preferred

  72-bed facility. Located in Winchester, NH within easy access to Keene, NH approx 13 miles. Applewood is also located right on the border of MA and VT making transportation for residents/patients/customers easily accessible.
