Job Summary:

As a Physical Therapists, you will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs to improve patient mobility, reduce pain, and restore function. You'll collaborate with skilled interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct through patient evaluation and create personalized care plans.

• Provide skilled therapy interventions, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy and modalities

• Track patient progress and adjust treatment plan as needed.

• Educate patients and families on exercises and mobility strategies

• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and other healthcare staff to optimize care.

  
  Physical Therapist Requirements:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Missouri

• Strong communication and patient care skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Commitment to providing compassionate care

• Full knowledge of resident’s rights.
