We’re hiring an experienced Physical Therapy Aide to join our dynamic outpatient orthopedic team!

What You Bring

• PT Aide experience in outpatient orthopedics (required)
• Solid foundation in anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics
• A Bachelor of Science degree (preferred)
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and exceptional customer service skills
• Energy, drive, professionalism, and a 1–2+ year commitment
• Confidence with functional exercise progression and patient care

Schedule

You must be available during all of the following hours:

• Monday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Wednesday, Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday & Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You’ll Do

• Assist PTs and PTAs in delivering evidence-based, functional rehab
• Learn and apply our proprietary ARC Progression system, developed over 20+ years
• Gain exposure to a wide variety of orthopedic diagnoses, both post-surgical and non-surgical
• Attend monthly mentorship meetings with expert clinicians
