Duties

• Prepare treatment areas, equipment, and supplies for patient sessions to ensure efficient therapy delivery
• Assist patients with mobility, exercises, and activities under the supervision of licensed therapists
• Support patient intake procedures by collecting basic health information and updating medical records
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy spaces, ensuring compliance with safety standards
• Observe and document patient responses during therapy sessions to aid therapists’ assessments
• Facilitate communication between patients and clinical staff to enhance patient service experience
• Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing supplies, and maintaining accurate documentation

Qualifications

• Strong commitment to patient service and care with a positive, energetic attitude
• Basic knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology preferred
• Previous hospital or clinic experience is highly desirable, especially in inpatient or outpatient settings
• Familiarity with acute care, post-acute care, orthopedics, geriatrics, or sub-acute care environments is a plus
• Experience with intake procedures and working within hospital medicine or outpatient clinics enhances your candidacy
• Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately while demonstrating excellent communication skills
• Prior exposure to physical therapy or rehabilitation environments is advantageous but not required

Pay: $22.55 - $27.15 per hour
