I’m conducting a search for a best-in-class recruiting team within a large, PE-backed outpatient healthcare organization, and we are looking for elite recruiting talent with direct experience in the

Physical Therapy space .

We need recruiters who can do more than just fill jobs. We want professionals who can build trust with hiring leaders, manage complex req loads, source creatively, move with urgency, and close top talent.

Open roles:

• 1 Sourcer – Physical Therapists
• 1 Talent Advisor – PT Assistants
• 3 Talent Advisors – Physical Therapists / some Occupational Therapists

Geographic preference:

2 hires with strong NY/NJ market knowledge, 3 hires open nationally.
