POSITION SUMMARY

Are you a mission-driven Physician who is passionate about making a meaningful impact on community health? We're seeking a dedicated Physician to provide full-scope primary care in a community health center. The Physician will serve a patient panel across the lifespan and deliver high-quality, evidence-based care, manage chronic disease, and coordinate referrals.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • MD or DO, from an accredited medical school
  • Completion of residency in Family Medicine or relevant specialty
  • Board certified or board eligible
  • Current, unrestricted CA medical license
  • DEA registration
  • BLS / ACLS certification
  • Proficient with electronic health records
  • 2–5 years post-residency clinical experience preferred
  • Strong clinical decision-making, communication skills, organizational skills

Preferred but not required

  • Multilingual skills (Korean, Persian, Russian, or Mandarin preferred)
  • Experience in community health or underserved settings
  • Familiarity with chronic care models and population health

POSITION DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
  • Provide preventive care: immunizations, screenings, health maintenance
  • Order, interpret, and follow up on labs, imaging, diagnostics
  • Refer to specialists and coordinate continuity of care
  • Document patient encounters accurately in the EHR
  • Participate in quality improvement, peer review, and care protocols
  • Supervise or collaborate with mid-level providers and other clinical staff
  • Educate patients on self-management, lifestyle, disease prevention
  • Allocate ~20% of time to administrative tasks (e.g. chart review, meetings)

Pay: $260,000.00 - $320,000.00 per year
