Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Physician to join our dynamic healthcare team. Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations using advanced tools such as medical imaging and EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans across various specialties, including primary care, cardiology, endocrinology, neurology, psychiatry, and more.
  • Utilize EHR systems like Epic to document patient encounters accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Perform specialized procedures such as suturing, catheterization, airway management, neurocritical care interventions, and botulinum toxin treatments.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate inpatient and outpatient care, discharge planning, and post-acute care services.
  • Engage in clinical research initiatives to advance medical knowledge and improve patient outcomes.
  • Provide health coaching and patient education to promote wellness, disease prevention, and chronic disease management.

Qualifications

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution with valid licensure to practice medicine.
  • Proven experience in inpatient settings, hospital medicine, or emergency medicine with familiarity in Level I or Level II trauma centers preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in multiple specialties such as cardiology, psychiatry, neurology, endocrinology, or related fields; additional subspecialty training is advantageous.
  • Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems like Epic or similar platforms; experience with medical coding (CPT/ICD) is desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of physiology, medical terminology, diagnostic radiology (CT scans), nuclear medicine, and clinical evaluation techniques.
  • Ability to perform complex procedures including vascular interventional radiography, neurocritical care interventions, respiratory therapy procedures, and wound care.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient service and interdisciplinary collaboration; compassionate approach to patient care is essential.
  • Basic life support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications such as ACLS or PALS are beneficial.
