Physician Assistant at Outpatient department is responsible for timely and accurate charging of procedure and store supplies in the hospital information system.
ROLE
- Attending hospital Phone calls
- Ensure all patients charged for supplies and procedures in hospital information system for final billing.
- Ensures entry of stock for consumable and non-consumable supplies available in the clinic, clean and maintains the stock level accurately
- Coordinate the telephone enquiries and inform the concerned person.
- Arrange follow-up appointment for patients and Coordinate.
- Promotes and displays professional verbal and non-verbal communication and maintain all aspects of confidentiality.
- Medical records maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in examination rooms equipment
- Follow up on insurance Approvals.
- Assist Registered Nurse in maintaining stock and equipment list.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

- Perform duties within the scope of practice.
- Maintain infection control principles in everyday practice.

- Follows International Patient Safety goals.
- Participation at unit meetings.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT/ EDUCATION

- Wear identification while on duty, uses computerized punch time system correctly.
- Attend Fire & Safety Training and Infection Control training.
- Learn/maintain a working knowledge of the Arabic and English language

Diploma/bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN).
