Position Overview

The Skin Clinic Med Spa is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our growing team. This role blends aesthetic medicine and wellness, focusing on delivering results-driven treatments while supporting clients through a comprehensive, whole-body approach.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Consultations & Care

• Perform comprehensive consultations, including aesthetic and wellness assessments
• Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and clinical findings
• Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, and long-term maintenance

Aesthetic Treatments

• Perform injectable treatments including neurotoxins and dermal fillers
• Deliver advanced aesthetic services such as laser treatments, RF microneedling, and skin rejuvenation procedures
• Maintain high standards of safety, technique, and natural-looking results

Wellness & Hormone Optimization

• Evaluate patients for hormone optimization and wellness programs
• Prescribe and manage treatments including HRT, GLP-1 weight loss medications, thyroid support, and supplementation
• Interpret lab results using an optimal (not just normal) range approach
• Create and implement personalized wellness plans to improve energy, metabolism, sleep, and overall health

Patient Experience & Retention

• Build strong, trusting relationships with patients
• Ensure a high-end, results-focused patient experience
• Support patient retention through education, follow-up, and long-term care planning

Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems
• Ensure compliance with all state regulations and clinic protocols
• Follow established SOPs and safety standards

Qualifications

• Active Physician Assistant (PA-C) license in good standing
• Minimum 1+ year of clinical experience (aesthetics or wellness preferred)
• Experience with injectables (Botox/Dysport, dermal fillers) preferred
• Strong interest or experience in hormone optimization, weight loss, and functional medicine
• Ability to interpret labs and create individualized treatment plans
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to results and patient outcomes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $44.00 - $75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
