We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Physician Assistant specializing in Medspa services to join our innovative healthcare team. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans
• Maintain accurate medical records using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems such as Epic and eClinicalWorks, adhering to HIPAA regulations
• Educate patients on procedure details, post-treatment care, and health coaching strategies to promote overall wellness
• Support clinic operations through intake processes, data collection, CPT coding for billing purposes, and inventory management of DME (Durable Medical Equipment)

Qualifications

• Valid Physician Assistant license with current certification to practice in the state of employment
• Proven experience in medical-surgical settings, hospital environments, or outpatient clinics with a focus on aesthetic or dermatological procedures
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and diagnostic evaluation techniques
• Hands-on experience with injection administration, aseptic technique, and physical examinations
• Familiarity with EMR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms; telehealth experience is a plus
• Critical care experience or hospital medicine background preferred; experience in emergency room or ICU settings highly valued
• Ability to perform suturing, triage, acute pain management
• Excellent communication skills for patient education and team collaboration; commitment to patient safety and confidentiality under HIPAA standards
