Position Summary:

The Physician Development & Community Outreach Representative will be responsible for developing and strengthening referral relationships with physicians, medical offices, and community organizations. This role will represent the brand in the field, promote awareness of our services, and implement outreach strategies that drive patient referrals and enhance our visibility in the New York healthcare and senior community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with physicians, ENT practices, primary care providers, geriatricians, and medical office staff.
  • Conduct regular in-person visits to referring and prospective practices to share materials, discuss services, and deliver patient feedback when appropriate.
  • Plan and coordinate educational events, health fairs, and hearing screenings in collaboration with community centers, senior living facilities, and local organizations.
  • Develop and maintain an outreach schedule with clear tracking of contacts, visits, and follow-up activities.
  • Analyze referral trends and adjust outreach strategies to optimize referral volume.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align outreach messaging with broader company initiatives.
  • Represent Advanced Audiology of NY at networking events and community health programs.
  • Ensure HIPAA compliance in all outreach and reporting activities.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in healthcare marketing, physician liaison work, or community outreach (audiology, ENT, or senior services experience preferred).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly and maintain strong relationships.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with the New York healthcare market and local community organizations is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally to physician offices and community sites.
