Bassett Healthcare Network, a progressive, academic health system in central New York and major teaching affiliate of Columbia University is seeking a full-time BC/BE Plastic Surgeon.

Job Description & Responsibilities

• Instant Referral Base provided by over 100 Primary Care Clinicians
• Procedures include breast & reconstructive surgery, flaps, complex wound care, complex hernia repairs, facial trauma reconstruction, hand surgery, cosmetic surgery, micro surgery, peripheral nerve surgery, and more
• Full Support Staff including APC's with Surgical Residents and Medical Student Interaction
• Call Responsibility limited to Primary Hospital
• Opportunity to teach
• Some travel to outreach sites
• Full-spectrum case mix and diverse patient population
• EMR-EPIC
• Salary Range: $432,807-$645,439.00. This compensation range represents Bassett Healthcare's good faith belief of the compensation range at the time of this posting or advertisement. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standard
• Bassett offers Physicians an incentive plan with no earnings cap. Individual performance and productivity can significantly enhance compensation with potential upside realized within the first year of employment.
• Sign-on up to $100,000
• Group Employed Model

Job Requirements

• MD, DO or MBBS
• Board Eligible or Board Certified
• NYS Licensure
• BLS Certification Required
• DEA Required
