Job Objective:

A trained and certified Physician Assistant (PA) or Bachelor of Physician Assistantship (B.Sc PA) graduate, passionate about primary care, chronic disease management, and serving underprivileged communities.

You will work directly under my supervision, assisting in patient evaluation, history-taking, preliminary examination, and follow-up care — allowing me to focus on accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.

We welcome candidates from recognized institutions offering NMC-recognized or university-affiliated PA programs (e.g., CMC Vellore, AIIMS, NIMHANS, SRM, Kasturba Medical College, etc.).

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Physician Assistantship or Postgraduate Diploma in Physician Assistant Studies
  • Must have completed a recognized PA training program (1–2 years post-BSc/MSc in Life Sciences or Paramedical fields)
  • Preference for candidates trained at institutions such as:
  • CMC Vellore
  • AIIMS New Delhi / Bhopal
  • NIMHANS Bangalore
  • SRM, KMC Manipal, Christian Medical College Ludhiana, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of common illnesses: diabetes, hypertension, respiratory infections, gastrointestinal issues
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi/local language
  • Empathetic, patient-centered attitude
  • Willingness to learn continuously and grow alongside a senior clinician

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take detailed patient histories (chief complaint, past illness, medications, family history)
  • Perform basic physical examinations (vitals, general appearance, systemic checks)
  • Assist in preparing patients for consultation
  • Record findings accurately in paper or digital format
  • Educate patients on lifestyle changes, medication use, diet, and follow-up
  • Monitor chronic patients (diabetes, BP) between visits
  • Help maintain cleanliness, organization, and flow of OPD
  • Support in basic procedures (e.g., dressing, nebulization, glucometer use)
  • Act as a bridge between doctor and patient — with kindness, clarity, and respect

Compensation:

Attractive monthly stipend/salary ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (negotiable based on qualification and experience)

Work Schedule:

  • Morning OPD: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
  • Evening OPD: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM

(6-7 hours total per day)

  • Sunday: Day Off

Clinic closed on Sundays or by mutual agreement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
