Physiotherapist

• Assess and diagnose: Evaluate patients' physical conditions by reviewing their medical history, observing limitations, and performing diagnostic tests to identify the cause of dysfunction.
• Develop treatment plans: Create individualized treatment programs based on the assessment, with the goal of restoring, improving, or maintaining physical function.
• Implement treatment: Use a variety of techniques such as therapeutic exercises, stretching, manual therapy (massage, joint mobilization), and specialized modalities like electrotherapy or ultrasound.
• Educate patients: Instruct patients and their families on how to perform exercises, use assistive devices, and maintain proper posture to prevent future injuries.
• Monitor and adjust: Track patient progress, evaluate the effectiveness of the treatment plan, and make necessary adjustments to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams: Liaise with doctors, nurses, and other professionals to provide comprehensive, holistic care.
• Maintain records: Keep accurate and up-to-date patient notes, treatment plans, and progress reports.
