Physiotherapy and Chiropractor Center - General Manager

We are establishing a physiotherapy division in Dubai to establish and run the division. We are inviting experienced candidates who are eligible to fulfill following criteria). We are looking for a General Manager – Physiotherapy and Chiropractor Center

Eligibility for selection of candidate is as following: -

Business Development & Marketing

Develop and execute marketing strategies with sourcing new jobs.

Build relationships with doctors, hospitals, insurers, sports clubs, and corporate clients.

Operations Management

Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for clinical and administrative, and support functions.

Oversee daily operations including reception, scheduling, billing, patient flow, and service quality.

Clinical & Staff Management

Recruit, onboard, and manage licensed physiotherapists, assistants, and administrative staff.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Physiotherapy, or related field

Master’s degree (MBA / MHA) is an advantage

Experience

Minimum 10-15 years of experience in healthcare management (Physiotherapy Field) with UAE

Strong knowledge of DHA / DOH / MOHAP regulations and licensing processes
