Pipe Fitter

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Pipe Fitter with at least 4 years of construction industry experience. The role involves installation, assembly, and maintenance of various piping systems on site, ensuring quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret drawings, isometrics, and specifications.
• Install and assemble pipes for water supply, drainage, HVAC, and fire-fighting systems.
• Measure, cut, thread, weld, and bend pipes as required.
• Install pipe supports, valves, fittings, and related components.
• Conduct pressure tests and ensure proper alignment and sealing.
• Troubleshoot and repair leaks, blockages, or damaged lines.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other trades for smooth workflow.
• Follow all safety rules and maintain tools in good condition.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years’ pipe fitting experience in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of GI, HDPE, PVC, PPR, and copper piping systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings and work independently.
• Good physical stamina and ability to work in various site conditions.
• Basic knowledge of safety procedures and permit-to-work systems.

Education

• Technical certificate in plumbing/pipe fitting (preferred).
