We bring together technologies and industries, alongside the contributions of diverse individuals who are empowered by an intentional workplace culture, to solve problems better and faster.

Key Responsibilities

  • Upload ILI information to PODS database and integrate with GIS systems for anomaly tracking and progress monitoring.

  • Create ILI unit plots and develop Power BI dashboards to monitor ILI tool performance:

  • Generate unit plots comparing ILI runs with field NDE results

We are known for our extraordinary people who make the impossible possible every day. Questians are driven by hunger, humility, and aspiration. We believe that our company culture is the key to our ability to make a true difference in every industry we reach. Our teams regularly invest time and dedicated effort into internal culture work, ensuring that all voices are heard.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders such as Integrity, Inspection, ROW, Design, Construction, and O&M teams.

  • Awareness of pipeline fabrication, welding, installation, hydrostatic testing, and commissioning methods.

  • Perform ILI data alignment within GIS, anomaly matching, and corrosion growth calculations:

  • Load and align ILI inspection data using GIS control points and PODS schema.

  • Match welds and anomalies between historic and current ILI runs; maintain run-to-run traceability.

  • Conduct QC checks on ILI data alignment and integrity.

  • Perform corrosion growth calculations and fitness-for-service assessments for assigned pipeline segments.

  • Build dashboards for historical ILI runs (MFL, UTWM, UTCD, DEF) to visualize KPIs, anomaly trends, and corrosion growth.

  • Validate dashboards with sample data and deploy to integrity teams; provide training for effective usage.

  • Prepare audit-ready reports for regulatory compliance and internal governance

Mandatory Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (Pipeline specialization preferred).

  • 5+ years of experience in Oil & Gas pipeline integrity management with hands-on ILI signal analysis.

  • Expertise in analyzing MFL, UT, GEO/caliper datasets, anomaly sizing/classification, and tool performance validation.

  • Proficient in PODS, GIS (ArcGIS), Pipeline Office Studio, Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint, and Power BI.

  • Working knowledge of API 1163, ASME B31.4/B31.8, ASME B31G, DNV RP F101, and NACE standards.
