PIZZA MAKER

We are seeking a skilled and passionate pizza maker to manage and operate our pizza oven section. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in grilling techniques and pizza preparation, with a focus on high-quality ingredients and consistent execution. You will be responsible for grilling proteins and vegetables, baking pizzas to perfection in a wood-fired or stone pizza oven, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook pizzas using traditional and modern techniques in a pizza oven (wood-fired, gas, or electric).
• Grill a variety of proteins and vegetables to specification.
• Assist in dough preparation, topping setup, and oven management.
• Ensure food is presented and served according to the restaurant’s standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station and the pizza oven.
• Monitor inventory and communicate any shortages or needs to the Sous Chef.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service.
• Train and mentor junior staff as needed in pizza and grill techniques.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD220.000 - BD250.000 per month
